We are unable to give refunds for cancellations unless we are able to re-book your dates and then the processing fee is %10 of reservation amount. Wildflower Mountain Rentals LLC reserves the right to substitute a lodging unit should circumstances require it.
WINTER/INCLEMENT WEATHER ARRIVALS: 4-WHEEL DRIVE AND CHAINS ARE REQUIRED!
Absolutely NO PETS! An oil lamp is provided for mood/emergency lighting, therefore ALL CANDLES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Please do not use any soap, oil or bubble bath in the hot-tub. The use of any of these may damage and/or disable the tub for the balance of your stay.
No unregistered Guests or visitors are allowed at your accommodation at any time. Please make arrangements to meet friends at some other location, such as a restaurant, attraction, etc.
Checkout Time Is BY 11:00AM EST -- Checkin Time Is 3PM - 6PM EST. We HIGHLY recommend arriving before dark, to simplify locating your accommodation.
