CANCELLATION POLICY

We are unable to give refunds for cancellations unless we are able to re-book
your dates, and then the processing fee is 10% of the reservation amount. Wildflower
Mountain Rentals LLC reserves the right to substitute a lodging unit should
circumstances require it.

WINTER/INCLEMENT WEATHER ARRIVALS: 4-WHEEL DRIVE AND CHAINS
ARE REQUIRED!
Please also no soap, oil or bubble bath in the hot tub. Failure
to adhere to this can disable your tub for the balance of your stay. NO unregistered
Guests or visitors will be allowed at your accommodation at ANY time. Please make arrangements to meet friends at some other location (such as a restaurant, attraction, etc.)
ALL CHECK-INS are at our reservation office, WILDFLOWER MOUNTAIN RENTALS, LLC a house located at 1819 Parkway, Sevierville, TN on Hwy. 441, just ACROSS THE
STREET from Wendy's and Walgreens, and NEXT to McDonalds. Our local telephone
number is 453-2000 if you have trouble finding us. CHECK-IN TIME is 3PM to 6PM. If
you must arrive later than 6PM, please call us for special arrangements. CHECK-OUT IS
by 11AM on your day of departure.
